The Genius Maker #75

At least we get some meaningful baseball tonight! The Red Sox got crushed by Texas so it is time for the Yanks to take at least 2 of 3 from TB. I would love for them to leave 5 out! But, I will be fine with winning 2.

The Yankee bullpen could use a jolt in the arm and while Mitre and Aceves would be very helpful (especially Aceves), one arm that may make sense is Jonathan Albaladejo. Before you say he sucks (which he did last year), he does have a lot of movement on his pitches and his stats this year are serious. As the closer in Wilkes Barre here are his numbers:
IP 44.2
Hits 25
walks 12
K's 59
ERA 1.09
29 saves (which is a record at the break)
His stuff was always good, his issue was his location was bad. Maybe he has figured it out? I would expect he gets the call pretty soon, or he is traded. He is 28 so he isn't too young.
